Registration

Registration is underway for 2025 returning campers. General registration will open on January 27, 2026 at 9pm.

2026 program fees:

Fee for the 4-week Summer Program from June 15th to July 10th, running 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily: $1,100
Extended Care ("Before and After Care"), beginning at 7:45 a.m. and ending at 6 p.m., is discounted to $9/hour if prepaid before the first day of camp.
- If not prepaid before the first day of camp, Extended Care will be billed at the regular rate of $13/hour. When usage exceeds the prepaid hours, those additional hours will also be charged at the regular rate of $13/hour.
- A packaged Extended Care max (i.e., unlimited use of Extended Care when it is open) is available for $650 if prepaid before the first day of camp.
- Prepaid hours or the package, even if unused, are non-refundable once the program begins.
Lunch is $110 for the 19 days of camp and must be prepaid before the first day of camp.
- There is no daily ordering or cash payment of lunches.
- Prepaid lunches, even if unused, are non-refundable once the program begins

Refund policy:

Once registered, there is a non-refundable $100 registration fee per camper which largely represents third-party fees that Hip Wah incurs.
Cancellation requests received through March 15, 2026 are 100% refundable, less the $100 registration fee.
Cancellation requests received from March 16, 2026 to May 1, 2026 are 50% refundable, less the $100 registration fee.
After May 1, 2026, there is no refund.
Once the program begins, prepaid Extended Care hours, the Extended Care max package, and lunches are non-refundable, even if unused.
